It’s no wonder we have the roads we have and we get the kind of legislation that greases vw to the tune of over a $billion. It starts with corruption we have at the top.
To better understand the total earmark waste, the waste is cumulative. If there is $100 million a year in earmarks over 5 years that is half a $billion. Half a $billion is a lot of miles of smooth paved road!
